Payments (This also applies to regular reprints)
Payment is made using the links provided with each image on the website. Please ensure that you use the correct button to match the size of the print/canvas that you require.
Payments can be made using any major credit card.
All our payments are processed via Paypal, however you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to purchase from us. Simply add the print to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button, then either continue shopping or select "Proceed to Checkout". On the next screen, simply click on the "continue" link under the "Don't have a Paypal account?" section. A new screen will then appear for you to input your details.
When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us and is extremely secure. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction from Paypal and only your order details are sent to us.
Delivery
Delivery within the UK is usually within 4-5 working days. All our canvas prints are made and dispatched from the UK mainland, VAT is already included in the price.
International delivery is usually accomplished within 7-10 working days. Please note that orders shipped outside the EC may in incur duties or local taxes - any taxes levied are the responsibility of the customer, we would advise you to ring your local customs advice bureau for more information if you are unsure if any duties will be payable, prior to ordering.
All items are thoroughly packaged and insured.
Canvas Options
Because canvas prints are "wrapped" around a thick wooden frame, there are five options on how the edges of the canvas can appear:-
Plain White - The whole image appears only on the face of the canvas and the sides are left plain white.
Plain Black - The whole image appears only on the face of the canvas and the sides are printed black.
Colour matched - The whole image appears only on the face of the canvas and the sides are colour matched to colours within the image.
Mirrored - The whole image appears on the face of the canvas and the outer border of the image is then mirrored on the edges of the canvas - This is useful if you don’t want to lose any of the photo but don’t want white, black or a solid colour edges.
Image Wrap - The whole image is printed, but the outer border of the image is wrapped around the edges. In effect you "lose" 40mm of the outside border of the image as this is printed on the sides. This can dramatically change the way an image appears, particularly if the image has a large amount of edge detail. If you would like an "image wrapped" canvas, we suggest that you contact us by email with details of the image and size of the canvas that you require - We will then send you a low resolution copy of the image with the outer border that will be printed on the edges, clearly shown. The image reference can be found in your browser address bar and appears as follows, marked in red (e.g. http://www.digitaljersey.co.uk/landscapes/pc_251009_2005_5diihdr.htm). Please note that the smaller the size canvas that you order, the greater the "loss" of the image to the border, as the effective ratio of thickness to overall size is greatest.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BY DEFAULT, WE WILL MIRROR WRAP ALL CANVAS PRINTS.
IF YOU WISH TO CHOOSE THE OPTION YOURSELF, PLEASE EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, WITH YOUR FULL NAME AND THE CANVAS OPTION THAT YOU REQUIRE . IF YOU CHOOSE "IMAGE WRAPPED", WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY SEND YOU A LOW RESOLUTION VERSION FOR YOUR APPROVAL, BEFORE WE SEND YOUR ORDER FOR PRODUCTION.
